The position is for a House Agent.
House Agent Benefits & Details
W2 Employee (401k match, Group Health, Dental & Vision, Paid Time Off)
$20+ per hour
House Agent keeps 90% of agency fees
Eligible for a monthly book Growth Bonus after 6 months
We have an in house CSR that the House Agent would work with
No charge for office space
Paid for holidays and when the office is closed for inclement weather
We pay for marketing & prospecting events
Opportunity to also sell Life, Health, Medicare and Annuity products (we have 200+ carriers)
Office Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm

Our Home Office is in Springfield, MO
Remote offices in Rolla, MO, Marshfield, MO, & Aurora, MO, plus a 2nd location in Springfield, MO
We currently have 12 P&C Team Members
Over 40 direct to carrier P&C contracts (Personal & Commercial)
