In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their property and casualty insurance policies. Your energetic approach will help you handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and promote our services to meet clients’ needs. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, billing questions, and coverage options
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client requests and promote additional services or policy upgrades
• Maintain accurate data entry and update client information using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems
• Resolve customer issues promptly by applying problem-solving skills and technical proficiency in insurance processes
• Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, including processing payments or adjustments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client communication and uphold high standards of service quality

Requirements

• P&C license required upon 45 days of hire
• Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with data entry processes and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional client services.
• Experience with outbound calling is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.

• Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday 8:30 am – 1:30 pm

• Remote offices in Rolla, MO, Marshfield, MO, & Aurora, MO, plus a 2nd location in Springfield, MO
• We currently have 8 P&C Team Members
• Over 40 direct to carrier P&C contracts (Personal & Commercial)
