Position Highlights
- Employee Benefits:
- W2 position with a 401(k) match
- Group Health Insurance
- Paid Time Off plus paid holidays and office closures for inclement weather
- Compensation:
- Base salary of up to $30,000 annually
- 50% commission on all written business, including both new and renewal policies
- Office Perks:
- No charge for office space
- Built-in leads through our extensive P&C books and warm introductions from P&C agents
- Company-funded prospecting and marketing events
Office Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

- Compensation:
- Eligible for a temporary base pay (up to one year, amount based on experience)
- 100% of commissions on all generated business, including both first-year and renewals
